Sunday Dec.7 touring
Charleston:
We finally got the
car at 11:00 this morning and went into town to see the sites. We wandered
through the estates along the river where all the sea captains and shipping
magnates lived. We had lunch in a deli called the Brown Dog, and had some
awesome sandwiches. Then we went to get our shopping done and cruised through Sullivan
Island and Fort Moultrie across the river.
I can’t tell you
about the things we saw: you just have to look at the pictures.
Tonight we are
going to do laundry and tomorrow we are going to do more sight-seeing and the
rest of our chores [fill propane tanks, etc] We are too tired for the ghost
tour tonight so we may wait another day to do it.
Enjoy the pics!
