OMG,
is it Saturday!?!?!?
Well
y’all know by now that sailors do not follow a schedule. There’s a reason for
that... we can’t get anything done on time. So we’ll be outa here when we’re
outa here.
In
the meantime, we had steak night last night with all the boaters who thought
they were leaving this weekend. We all still hope that it was our last steak
night. So today we filled the propane; I
got most of the laundry done and tidied up the pantry because he finally finished
the wiring in there!
The
helm station wiring is almost finished and then comes the monumental job of
cleaning up the cockpit!! So maybe by Wednesday and we are considering going
outside so that we can past Georgia and into Florida faster. Apparently Georgia
is the most annoying part of the ICW because it keeps winding back on itself. We
still want to see Georgia so we may just suck it up and stay in the Ditch. Not sure... won’t know until we leave.
There
are a few small jobs still to be done but we will decide if we want to do them
later or now.
Today
was a great day...sunny and shorts weather. It got cloudy this afternoon but it
there are broken clouds now and not cold.
So
here are a couple of pictures. When the boat is tidy I will post for those of
you who have never seen her.
